  We formed this company with old fashioned values, Old fashioned in today's world because in this world of mass producing everything quality has gone out of style. Did you know that in the second quarter of 2010 over 81 million computers were sold world wide and that's in a hard economy.  Money has become the driving factor for corporations always scheming to increase profit margins at the expense of customer service and quality of product. Ever decreasing work forces that further weaken our already weak economy not to mention the quality of life for the workers that are left, having to pick up the slack for the missing workers with long hours. And all this done in the name of money. Well, there is more to life than money, I remember an old car add, I think it was a fifty something Cadillac, it said "The quality will be remembered long after the price tag is forgotten". In this statement we understand that Cadillac knew they weren't the cheapest car on the market, but that they truly believed they were the best built cars on the road. Yes there was a time when Corporations believed in quality first. I think it's time we returned to these beliefs.

Every part is inspected before assembly, we use only the finest quality parts, assembled with the utmost care.  Static electricity is the enemy of electronic components.  Most electronic components have only a small tolerance to voltage, example being +/-20V (volts).  If we understand that electrons flow freely through our body's and everything around us at all times, and those charges can build up and discharge at any time. If we think of it this way, a static discharge that we can feel is approximately 5000V and if we can see it roughly 10000V, well you can see how these charges can affect or blow the components of a computer without us even noticing.  The static wrist strap is used to ensure the potential voltage (difference) between our bodies and the chassis is 0 Volts for a safe assembly.
    2. Testing, we do a full battery of test to ensure that every component is working correctly so you don't have to worry.  These tests simply task the key components, RAM, Motherboard, Graphic Cards, Processor, to ensure given a load they won't fail.  Many different types of graphic tests are done as well as checking out every USB port, even the sound ports are tested.  These tests will save us both time and money, if it's done right the first time, you wont have down time and we wont have repair cost and shipping charges.
    3. Every component will be logged. You will be supplied with a component build spec sheet. This sheet will have the exact model, serial number and part numbers recorded on it.
